server error and can't log in

Gave it one star as use took my last comment down now on 4 weeks and still can't use my card online as use updated security code on 9th of March and card is unless thinking of changing bank .Now fri 22nd April still can't use my card on line Roll on May can't wait to Change bank after 30 yrs with this one Goodbye

Dissappointed I cannot use app on my phone as it has to be a phone that is 8.0 upwards? I have a perfectly good phone but because it's not 8.0 upwards I'd have to buy new phone to use app? It should be left for all phones not just 8.0 upwards

This app used to be brilliant... Who ever done the update needs kicked.. the way it's sends a push notification to the app for everything now is disaster..... Also push notifications to the app for logging in online now ls idiotic. if I'm logging in fully I don't have access to the app this has happened me twice and have had to use someones phone and go through a whole dopey rigmarole it's unbelievably stupid. who ever done this mustn't have two braincells to rub together!
